Mental Health Awareness Week
The Mental Health Foundation has announced Mental Health Awareness Week runs from; Monday 10th May until Sunday 16th May 2021.
The theme will be “Nature and the Environment”.
Did you know nature, walking or fitness is a great way release endorphins to improve your mental health.
Endorphins are a type of neurotransmitter or chemical messenger to relieve pain and stress.
