Breaking down stigma one day
at a time
is my goal

– there should be no judgment if you struggle with mental health!

I'm Bella Rareworld,  I appreciate your time visiting my website, thank you. I hope one day a person diagnosed with mental illness can be judged for the person they are – not for their mental health!

Using my lived-in experience diagnosis with bipolar disorder I decided to become brave to share my mental health story in the role as an online mental health speaker and podcaster to help motivate and inspire another person that you still can become successful if you struggle with mental health.

I have recently set up the movement called, "Making time for black mental health event" celebrating UK Black History Month 2021. The official event launch will take place on Thur 30th Sept 2021 at 7.30pm, London NW10.

There is a lack of public understanding of symptoms of mental conditions and how a mental illness manifest.

Yes, there is still lots of work to be done. By sharing my inspiring story and hosting of Think Tenacity podcast,

I hope to overcome these barriers one day at time.

Throughout my website, I share my personal top tips

for good mental health, plus how to boost and improve

mental wellbeing.  In October 2019, I've  proudly

achieved CACHE Level 2 certificate qualification in mental health awareness.
